We want to ensure that you never have a bad hair day, For your convenience, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave. This practice allows you to receive an appointment that works well with your busy schedule.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
We value the time of all of our clients, if you are running late please call and we will attempt to accomodate you. If we are unable to accomodate, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
All appoinments must be cancelled at least 24 hrs prior to service. No call, no show will be charged a minimum of $35 or 50% of the scheduled service, which ever is greater.
What is an Add-on service?
An add-on service is a service that is in addition to a main service.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
If you have braids, twist or weaves please arrive with your hair taken down and completely detangled. Your scheduled time is for your new style only.
Do you supply hair?
At this time we do not supply hair. Feel free to inquire about the types of hair for your requested styles.
What color can I get my hair?
There are many colors to choose from. Please indicate your desired color when booking your appointment.
Do you need to know my hair maintenance routine?
To provide the best results for your style, please inform your stylist of the products and oils you’ve been using to maintain your hair.
Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
Chilldren are not allowed unless they are the one receiving service.
