What if I’m late for my appointment?
Of course, if you know you are running behind we would appreciate a call. Depending on how late you are we may need to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you and your service needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things can unexpectedly come up, and we ask that you cancel your appointment at least 4 hours in advance so we have the opportunity to fill your appointment time with another client.
What is an Add-on service?
An add-on service is a service that is in addition to a main service.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
If you have braids, twist or weaves please arrive with your hair taken down and completely detangled. Your scheduled time is for your new style only.
Do you supply hair?
At this time we do not supply hair. Feel free to inquire about the types of hair for your requested styles.
What color can I get my hair?
There are many colors to choose from. Please indicate your desired color when booking your appointment.
Do you need to know my hair maintenance routine?
To provide the best results for your style, please inform your stylist of the products and oils you’ve been using to maintain your hair.
Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
Well behaved children are allowed to accompany you.
